- Line 3: A 9-word value proposition
- Line 4: A low-friction CTA ("worth a 12-minute call?")
Sequence 2: The Proof Point (Day 3-4)
Do not pitch. Share a result. One sentence. One number. One outcome from a company in their industry.
Example: "We helped a 12-person DevOps consultancy go from 3 inbound leads/month to 47 in 90 days. No ad spend."
Then ask: "Seeing anything similar in your pipeline right now?"
Sequence 3: The Pattern Break (Day 7)
This is where 85% of SDRs give up. Do not send "just following up." Send something unexpected:
- A Loom video walking through a specific insight about their ICP
- A screenshot of a relevant data point
- A "breaking up" email that actually gets replies
What NOT to do
- Do not mention your company in the first sentence
- Do not use the word "solution" or "platform"
- Do not send on Monday morning or Friday afternoon
